AUTOMATIC CHANGE-OVER

	COV 20
	The COV20 controller makes-up a simple and complete automatic RF changeover system, which for its technical specifications, small dimensions and, last but not least, the attractive price, is ideal for direct surveillance of all those sites in which it is impossible a timely service in case of failure of the main broadcast transmitter. The system can be used for FM and TV device alike. Two versions are available: one is comprehensive of the coaxial RF switch with 600/1000W power rating, the other gives only the logic signals needed by an external RF power switch, which must include an RF output sampler. It does not require apparatus with special pre-arrangement.
When the COV20 finds a failure of the operating transmitter, i.e. a significant power drop, it switches over the reserve system and in a few seconds enables the full restarting of the emission by setting into action the other exciter and transmitter.
